Gotta salvage something out of the mess he got himself into. This is messed up on SO many levels, with the grand finale being the thought of a lawsuit. Read the comments posted afterwards. Interesting!

Agreed, totally messed up on so many levels. Laundry list of comment post following were just as concerning.

It's unfortunate that some will look at this and pick sides (pick they did), the human side of our society is and has been taking a cruel turn.

Lost and misguided youths who think it's fun to terrorize older folks. Interesting enough posters in comments drew political agendas out of this incident' wow!

Props' to the ole feller for standing his ground and putting a whuppin on the young man.
