Rode up Forest Service Road 17 today to check the snow level.

The Big view all the way to the San Juan Islands

Mt Baker

The Beer Hunters have been about

we reached snow at 2,100 feet, decided to turn around here, knowing it would eventually turn into "work".

My buddy Turnsleft (old flat tracker) had up graded his KLX250S with a 351 kit.

So I had mine done the same and it really makes a difference.

The Skagit river

Back down to the highway we had stopped just in time.

Nice day for a ride.

Nice pictures!
Thanks!
+1, Gunny; Papa Chuy Viejo loves dual sporting, thank you for the great pics!
Seriously Don? Dual sporting? I see right through your euphamism.

Based on experience I know those logging trucks don't mess around. Great pictures and thanks for posting.

Thanks for the pics Tom!

You should have mentioned the 351 kit on Saturday, would be interested in hearing about it.

They are the same around here, some narrow bush road you wouldn't do more than 15mph on in your jeep they come barreling around a corner, fully loaded, at about 50mph.
