Hearos (blue) work pretty well for me - on the bike, off the bike and camping around a bunch of grizzly bears, um, I mean, fellow riders.

I think I'm going to go pick up an assortment at the local hardware store and see whats best. Those plastic "triple cup" ones have worked for me in the past, but I've never tried them overnight. I'm pretty sure I can come up with enough variety given the suggestions here to find ones that work well.

And I hope to have at least 20 years till I have to worry about menopause. By then I'll probably be deaf anyway!

I've said it before and I'll reiterate it here, lube the plugs with polysporin or similar, tighter seal, more comfortable.

I find the best defense is a good offense. I snore, like a machine gun, right back at her. Whoever wakes up in the middle of the night (first) loses!

Gee Roger! Nice bump of a 2010 thread. Hope Tom's kid is well and and his wife quit snoring. As for you...got a bun in the oven?
