I use the orange foam shooter's plugs I pick up at a sporting goods store. NRR of 33dB, the highest I can find. I wear an HJC flipup helmet, ride with the windshield fully down so I'm right in the wind. Makes it comfy enough to ride all day. Maybe I should make a seat out them....
