It is no laughing matter. And she is only "hairy backed" in the winter. We shave her back hair in the summer, usually 3 or 4 times. It is really a win/win/win situation for us when we shave her. She loses about 30 pounds of hair, oil, and parasites. Plus, the fur is about 4 inches thick so it looks like she lost more than just 30 pounds. The best part is that she smells much better and is easier to wash/bathe.

As far as "marrying up" goes, I married up in weight. She is much, much heavier than me.

Having an ugly wife is crucial to my travel plans because:

1. It is not like I want to stay home with my ugly wife.

2. I do not have to worry about her cheating on me, no one else wants her.

3. She is much too large to ever fit on the back of a motorcycle so she cannot interfere and ask to accompany me.

I would do more motorcycle trips but I cannot afford it. The cost of groceries/feed for a woman her size is astronomical.

A few members of this forum have had the misfortune of meeting Mrs. Redfish. They all understand why I like to ride my motorcycle.

I don't think she can read. She does okay with restaurant menus and grocery labels of course.

Poor thing, she is so lucky to have me. And I tell her so every day.

220 miles in for Pants. Haven't seen a cloud yet, but it is chilly. Heated gear and grips are nice.

Great lunch today - more adventure this afternoon.

Oh.... And FWIW, pants married so far up its unbelievable

The expressway to Purgatory has a new traveler. Redfish, you better hope she is illiterate as well!!!

About 400 miles today through the Sabine and Angelina National Forests. Fantastic ride today by myself. Now sipping on some rye whiskey by the fire I've got the campground all to myself.

Life is good. Stay thirsty, my friends.

Wish I could be with you. It was in the 20s and windy this morning. Nothing to stop it around here.
