That wouldn't take long at all, it would be a single piece of paper that simply read, "I.O.U. $40 Trillion" and put in the Federal Reserve.

Just put it in the social security 'trust' fund, and keep the rest of the IOU's company.

I gotta get out of this country, with my retirement savings, before the gov't starts to confiscate it all to pay for the bailouts and boomers.
