Ebay dickhead

I was shopping for a tire changer on ebay link and had my speakers on. Low and behold This listing has a DING DONG DING and then a woman starts telling me what a great place they are.

I pm the guy and ask him if he would kill the voice over (sorry I just find it VERY irritating and yes I know I can turn the speakers off). You just dont expect it when on ebay to have that jump out at you (speakers up from music).

The next thing I get is is a bad immitation of TWN telling me to read boys life and calling me a wimp. (check out the other post that Q/A that he is overpriced and he responded in public great guy indeedy!)

Q: These machines can be had right from coats new for about 900.00. I don't know where you got the idea they retail for 1300.00 Jan-17-07

A: Wow cool buy one.I am a dealer for coats and my sost is 950.00 Retails for 1350.Let me see you buy one for 900 and have it shipped for that.I bet you wont..I think you R full a ....

Any way I reponded in kind (no threats mind you) I think I told him he was a f@#king as#H*le and Now the D.A. is threatening to have me thrown of ebay (I violated no policy) So now I am just gonna have fun with this idiot. (bare in mind not to violate policy).
His last great bit of wisdom :

I think you should be smarter than that;read the rules.No cuss words allowed.I have already talked to my rep on the phone and I dont think you will be on ebay to much longer.Do not contact us again as this is your third email and thats enough from an uneducated fool.

I too have had about enough of ebay lately. i've been doing buying and selling on and off for almost 4 years now, without any problems. i just sold a laptop, after the 3rd listing because of fraud. i had someone hack into my email and send people all sorts of offers to buy shit. ebay really has gone down the shitter lately, and i sent them a couple emails saying pretty much that. seems like their security is really lacking in recent times.

EBay investigation team (and yes, it's a team, as in 2 dedicated servants for the entire fuckin site) is Andy and Barney. Now, the Fbay team, we're talking CSI here. Might as well just shoot yourself and avoid the lengthy trial.
