My new '08 is now part of the family. What a bike. I think we are going to become great friends. What a beauty! Guess I just can't say enough about it, but since I'm talking to you folks...not much need to say more.

Can't wait to put some real time in the saddle. Unfortunately, I have to go to Philly this weekend, so there won't be any riding, but after that it's not going to take any time to get 600 on it.

Nice shot.
Congrats, DD.

I used to live in Phila. Whatcha goin' there for?
Thanks much! I have an 18 year old niece with cancer who is graduating from high school on Friday. We're very lucky she's still here to do that. She's been a fighter and we're praying she continues to make great progress.

Hell, it shouldn't take you to the weekend to get 600 miles on.

You aren't sleeping anyway so you might as well ride it instead of lying in bed and thinking about it.

DD,

Congrats on your purchase. You my friend are in one great area of the country for riding an awesome bike like ours. I've been through your neck of the woods before - great riding. Enjoy.

I appreciate all of the good wishes. I can tell you now, with just the few miles that I have put on it, we are going to have a blast.

The trip to Philly was great! Especially seeing my niece graduate from HS. Two years ago they didn't have the medicine that would have allowed her to fight the cancer to get this far. We're blessed a praying she's got a long life ahead.

Now it's time to search the web for all the goodies I want to add to the bike.

Thanks again,

Keith

Congrat's on bike - watch your rev's for the 600!!

Keep praying, Paul said "we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us".

:dribble: Our prayers are with you for the niece. I put 600 on my 08 in three days. Had to slow down now cause I had cadillac surgery.

We are very grateful for your prayers, please keep them coming. I had a choice this afternoon when I got home from work...mow the yard or ride. Well, before I could get home, it started storming and hasn't stopped since.

The bad news, I didn't get to ride. THe good news, I didn't have to mow the grass.

Guess I'll have to face the same dilema tomorrow. What, oh what, to do!

OK, I'm new here, what's "cadillac surgery?"

DD please pass along our congratulations to your niece for graduation and congrats on your new purchase.

You should have ridden your FJR to her graduation so you could have taken her for a ride.

Enjoy

 Thats surgery on the eyeballs. I may have misprospelled. It helps you spot the fuzz easier at long range.
