Sounds like a good time! I may trailer my bike down but have plenty of time to decide that. If anoyne will be heading through VA on their way south, I would like to join up and ride with ya. Or I can put a couple bikes in my trailer with me and we can go that way (I would prefer to ride but the weather that time of year can be problematic). Providing work doesn't pull me away, I'll be there.

Is it me or has the room gone quiet?

My guess is that people are reading and waiting to see who says what.

On the up-side, Bike Week would be a fun time. As a destination to hang and people/bike watch, and share stories, this sounds great. Once away from Daytona there are some surprisingle good back-roads to ride. I do like the beach and Mickey-town isn't too far. For the folks from NYNY or similar, this is an easy Iron Butt 1000 destination.

Personally, I'd probably pass tho. It's a lot further, less technical/hilly, police step up enforcement Bike Week, and it's now when the kids school activities are back on.
