good to hear you fine peeps had phun!

This is Mrs. Frushlorton, I hope I am putting this in the right area...Steve made it almost home when he was involved in an accident. A vehicle pulled out immediately in front of him, causing him to collide with the vehicle's left front wheel before sliding 60 feet down the road. While at the meeting this weekend, Steve told me of the fun he was having, and how much he truly enjoyed meeting many of you. I know this forum means a lot to him and he would want you all to know...my daughter has begun a caring bridge journal for anyone interested in getting updates on his condition. The link to that is: https://www.caringbridge.org/visit/stevemyers2 I hope everyone else made it home safely. Take care, Tammy

NO!

That isn't what I wanted to read.

Thoughts and prayers for all of you.

I made it home about 1600 hrs. Split with Heidi, Kim, and Scott in Gum Spring, VA and had nice dry and traffic free back roads for the last 1.5 hours. Awesome weekend!

Will try to get in touch with Steve's wife to see if there is anything I can do. So sorry to hear of his accident.

Praying for Steve,

We slabbed it all the way home and pulled in at 11:45 PM last night. Nothing like sleeping in your own bed. The rain chased us northward and we managed to eventually outrun it. The thought of possibly getting stuck in it another day pushed me onward. 13 hours in the saddle and I am proud of the misses hanging in there. A couple of times her helmet tapped me on the back. I know she was snoozing back there.

Thanks to all that put this together again,

Dave & Ann

Wow...sorry to hear the bad news.

Oh, and by the way...I made it home just after 2:00 yesterday, and also had a GREAT time this past weekend. Thanks to Wayne, Gerald and everyone else.

Home safe Sun 6.40pm. 535mi, mostly slab to get us out of the rain down in WV and Virginia. PA & NY were actually sunny!

. We left off Rick (Pura Vida) aka; Chuck Norris in Carlisle PA wher he was going to find a motel, then a pub to watch F-ball. He is returning back to Burlington VT today (Mon).

Debbie had an all out blast and loved the FJR peeps!. She gave me a list of 'PP's' (priority peeps) lol, that she insists we join-up with again... and soon! (oh boy, so much for going stag from now on!). I'll put up a "small" Ride Report, nothing as lengthy as my Rockies Mtn report

as, I know most here are A.D.D. (as myself!).

Wishing the best for Steve, we'll put out a prayer and hope for a quick and speedy recovery!

Jim and I are still traveling (it's Monday about noon time). We stopped to grab a bite to eat and read the unfortunate, awful news about Steve.

He and his family are in our thoughts and prayers.

We spent a good amount of time with Steve and genuinely enjoyed his company at the EOM.

We'll post up later when we arrive at home.

Home after 950 miles... mostly in 55 degrees and the rain. Hit Florida and the temp shot up to 95 degrees and the sun came out. Go figure.
