Oh, and thanks for the memories Ken
He really is thanking you for the memories...he missed it the first go round.

For the folks who are coming to their first EOM, just remember there are two EOM rules:

1. You do not talk aboot EOM.

B. What happens at EOM, stays at EOM.

And, in the name of God and everything holy, do NOT eat the bleached-white strawberries. DAMHIK

Heyyyyy... There was absolutely nothing wrong with those strawberries! That twitch I developed had nothing to do with them. I will however mention that they should NOT be washed down with the Shine. Bad idea! JSNS! :drinks: :dribble:

145 days....tick...tick...tick.. :rockwoot:

This sounds like a blast to attend. Just discovered the thread and read the entire thing. It has captured my attention and I am now considering making the event. It is only a 6 hour drive from Nashville. How late can one join up, make reservations? Will have to see about getting time off from work also.....May even try to bring my girlfriend!

Sept 26 might be a little late to show up.... As far as a sign up I think you still have time for that as well.

Took a little convincing last year to get my wife to go, before we left for home at the end of the weekend she was telling people we'd see them next year! Awesome event because of awesome people. Don't hesitate, call and reserve a room!

want2ride, if this thread got your juices flowing, check out Tyler's ride report called "Take me home, Country road" in the ride report section. It'll give you a taste of what this rally is like. Enjoy!

I'd suggest making reservations soon - you can always cancel them later if you're not able to make it.

As far as registration goes, it will be open on 1 July; the cut off for t-shirts will be around August 20th, but registration will remain open so those late comers can still get in on the Saturday meal.

Uh oh... not having any luck contacting the place I rented the Spyder from last year... website is down, no answer at any of the numbers listed for them, no answer to email. Anyone near Sutton that might have a chance to swing by and see if they're still around? Ride On Motorcycles.

Darn - was just down the road from there this weekend - Maybe Jim can squeeze in a recon run for us...
