OK, no picture required. I just wanted to make the point that you should focus on doing what you enjoy rather than spend all of you spare time and energy on us.

What I’m getting at is simple. If Gerald, Brenda and myself are doing the heavy lifting for 2018, EOM will be in Maggie Valley, NC. So the real decision here is a.) EOM in Maggie Valley

The Maggie Valley Inn is ready to take reservations now. With this venue, as it is a locally owned and non-branded / chain hotel, they do require a deposit with reservations - the deposit is the first night's room cost ($99).

I have been migrating the website to a new platform. There is still a lot of fine tuning needed, but the framework is there. The end result should be a registration process that eliminates the need for Eventbrite and the associated fees. There has been some upfront cost for some of the plug-ins, but in the end, it will allow me to run these rally registration pages without relying on Eventbrite for ticketing and merchandise.
