EOM Routes

Couldn't help ourselves. Went to play...er...uh...scout again. A few pics on the northernmost end of the Pucker North Route and beyond.

We headed north and things tightened up a bit over Williams Mountain (next year, maybe??)

And this last one...well, I REALLY hesitated to post this last one b/c I know it will go straight to his head

Seems he's not just famous at his house, but in southern WV coal camps too!! Who knew??

Jim,

those are some great looking roads. I suspect that again this year, there will be more great roads than we can ride in the few days that EOM lasts. Dare I suggest that we have EOM at Lewisburg again in 2009? So many great roads....... :bike: :fan_1:

Rick, yep, more routes to choose than we can ride.

The Williams Mtn run would surely make half a fine loop into coal country and back to L'burg. It was a new road for us and it ROCKED. With the exception of a 5 mile stretch, the 2nd half of todays loop was not really worth the effort.

Have my eye on an alternate half loop (also new to me), but it will have to wait for another day. If the weather forecast holds for next weekend it may well happen then. Come on down and play!!
