Escort Visual Alert?

I've been reading about radar detectors and GPS's on other threads. Many years ago I saw someone post up about a device that you can plug into the audio jack of an escort radar detector. It's a cord about 3 or 4 feet long that when it hits on a radar signal. An LED lights up visually. You could hang it anywhere that will catch your eye or even in your helmet where your peripheral vision can see it immediately. For the life of me I can't find that thing in a search. Does anyone know where I can find one of those things?

Ignasio, I did use "Visual Alerts". That's when I got buried in a mountain of all sorts of stuff for deaf people. It was late and I was tired so I gave up.

I’ve been using them for years. Have them on three bikes now. Bullet proof. (Except for the time I rolled the bike over one in-helmet unit on the garage floor. The company replaced it at no charge.)

It gives you different colors for different RF bands; a BFD if you ride in an area with numerous security systems.

And unlike the HARD system, you don’t have to worry about the rig failing on you with no warning or the manufacturer going in and out of business every year.
