Explosive farkle?

The outcome of this crash is sad for the rider, but what really caught my attention was the explosive container they found.

While investigating the crash, police said they moved the wreckage and found a military high-explosive TNT container underneath the motorcycle.

My thinking is the container is made of thic k steel and the owner bolted it under the bike to use as a

traffic light signal tripper much like those magnets they sell. (Might make a nice stash for ones tools or illeagal drugs too...)

Most likely was using it as a storage compartment...... I have several ammo cans and explosive canisters that I use for storage (not on the bike).......took off the damned explosive stickers, though
