Extra rubber parts ? where do they go ? Front-End

Hi, I took the front end off my 2007 two year's back, I am now trying to put it back together.

I have three extra parts that I need help with where they go.

(Left and right) square rubber gromets with a slit in them, 1" x 1/2" ?

(round) rubber gromet with a inside dia Id of say a nickle. double lip, 3/16 high?

I have crawled the repair Manual,Parts fiche, and gone to the dealer.

Sounds like what you're describing might be where the brake lines go through the wire stays just above the brake calipers???

What I'm curious about is the part where you've had your FJR sitting there disassembled for TWO frickin' YEARS. Did I read that right? At least it should have low miles when you sell.

Did you drop the triple tree during your work?? Sounds like the round rubber piece is the part that goes between the steering stem nut and the locknut on top.

My FJR has 3k on it. I had a Illegal Alien (AKA displaced foreign traveler/*******) knock

me off it in west Texas summer of 2008, he was drinking and speeding with a Mexican DL.

Anyway I am just now trying to put all the pieces (New) from box's and jars of bolts back together.

it tool two years to sue Progressive insurance Company to pay my claim, he was using another

persons truck, they said too bad .

The round gromet looks like the upper stem one, but it's smaller and won't fit over the stem.

My photos are on my C: drive in a folder.

Well, here's Kenny's photo. Cripes, I have no idea what they are. I am guessing they are Gen II specific parts. Maybe one of you Gen II pansies can help him out.

The center piece looks like one of those rubbers that a relay hangs off of, but I can't tell if the hole goes all the way through. The one on the right looks like a standard grommet to protect a wire bundle passing through a bracket. Don't recognize the other one even though I've had the whole front end of my 07 to fix a spider bite above the left headlight.

Well , I looked back though all the parts fiche, and found where the square rubber parts go.

Under the tail luggage rack where it bolts to the frame under the seat.

Still know idea on the round gromet.
