Well, I spent the day cleaning some older inventory in the studio that's been outside for the past year, so I can re-install it (and some new stuff) tomorrow at the same venue for the next year. It was COLD today in the barn @ 52 degrees = Burrr! but the humidity was 90%.

Good news is, on Monday I am headed to Death Valley for my yearly DV fix with 3 other riders. Should be 90+ at Furnace Creek.

Am awaiting the luncheon with other FJRiders on the 14th at the River Inn near Big Sur. :clapping:

I'm eating my heart out here in Flat as a Freakin' Ironing Board Florida, You lucky Bastards! :(

Ray, we ... feel your pain,
It's snowing in the kitchen?

You sir, are my hero.

It's supposed to snow here tonight. Hardly surprising, the polar bears haven't begun their annual migrations yet.

We had a reprieve where the temps got up to around 70F for a few days. Got my little bike out for a much needed therapy session. FJR is still down for the count while I rebuild the front brakes.

Aw Ray...I'm sorry man. Lousy weather sucks. Today it was barely 80 degrees here and there were no clouds. We went on a really nice ride.

Tomorrow is supposed to be a windy bitch, but if you wanna come here and sleep on the couch, you're welcome. Bring Carver's 'item.' We'll go shooting!

Ray, maybe you're too soft to be living up there in the forest.

Maybe you should move to Torrance.

Get a Wing.

Take a quilting class.

Too soft perhaps but I doubt it. I'm just bored and need a ride. :p

There are undesireable elements in Torrance ;)

Will probably have a Wing someday

Quilting already takes place in my house but my role is limited :****:

So, last week and the weekend were full of 80 degree days. Not a cloud in the sky. It was beautiful.

Yesterday, the temps got down to 50 and maxed around 65. Today its ******* snowing. Not piddly little snow either. These are snow flakes the size of dimes snow. It wont stick, but it makes me laugh!

Edited to remove the extra words my stupid phone thinks it should insert. That thing is making me mad! haha...

HotRodZilla,

You're getting the storm we had yesterday. It was windy, rainy, snowy, etc.. depending on when one looked out the window, I had the wood stove going "full blast". Today it's supposed to be in the mid 60's. So, I've got the FJR loaded down with lunch, waders and fly fishing gear and I'm headed North the 1.5 hours up to a reservoir where they're catching 18 - 23" rainbows. Should be fun.

Wish me luck!!

I'm just glad it's not windy. It's snowing, but the temperature is decent. The snow's not sticking on the road, but it is covering cars. It'll be all over and gone in a day or two. We always get a snow storm the first or second week in April. Then the sun comes out and and it's beautiful.

That fishing trip sounds like a blast. I love fishing when it is productive. Haven't really gone in years. Consistently catching 18-24 inch Trout sounds like an awesome day. Good luck!!

What?? Are you drinking Vodka for breakfast again?

If she was, I can guarantee you I wouldn't be at work.

I'd be at home in the kitchen with Barb getting my ass kicked by my wife!
