Hey Carver BestPhotoG lives in New Jersey. In the name of mercy and what is right, how about we take a up a collection and ship his FJR to Beemerdon's in Chandler AZ for all forum members to ride. This way BestphotoG's FRJ will be one of the best loved FJR's on the 48 states. Arizona is nice this time of year and lots of us are jonesing for a good ride.

Basking Ridge is in NJ. That's only a couple of hours from me, and I recently cleared out my garage, so I can squeeze one more FJR in there. Of course I'll have to take it our for an occasional ride to keep it in trim.

Dirt bike and snow--ok. fjr and snow---bad. Storage units are cheap till you find a place. Friends and relatives with covered parking and garages only require a small favor.

I feel bad for my bike too and it's only in a non-heated garage.

Poor, poor FJR left all alone in the cold and dark and exposed to the elements! You know it is much warmer down here in Tennessee, but I can bet you that an FJR left outside for long here in Memphis would most likely be gone within a few weeks. Plus, my FJR and VFR would certainly run away from home after such neglect and abuse.

A friend of mine had a similar situation. While the wife was away he moved it into the newly redone living room. She came home, said it's the bike or me. He said the bike stays. She left. He's never regretted it.

Baskin Ridge, basking snow, you need to move to where you and the bike are basking in the sunshine. FJR's are meant to be ridden under blue skies!!!

Ya see, this is why I cant use the damn laptop in the yard...my FJR gets wind of all this wussiness and he'll think he NEEDS a carport...then a buddy, college , orthodontia , heated garage....maybe for my amps...ya just gotta draw the line man.
