Another fastening alternative: I put Fenda Extenda on my NT700, using 1/8" Aluminum rivets rather than the screws.

I just ordered the supposedly last one from the Canadian seller. I am gonna have a lot of stuff to do over the winter to the 14 when it arrives! Probably use the silicone for glue on this one since it is carbon fiber.

Be sure you prep the surfaces before applying the adhesive. I use acetone to clean the material. Have any of you installed the carbon fiber extenda yet? Got a call from the dealer yesterday...the new bike is in. I will pick it up Saturday!!!

Mine has not arrived yet...probably will next week. I plan to remove the fender and thoroughly clean the underside first.

Would you mind explaining what the ABS cement technique is. I realize it's glue, but would appreciate the details. Thanks! And where did you buy the extender?

Have any of you who ordered the carbon fiber extender applied the farkle yet? Mine is on the way and I'm curious to know if the fit is correct? Also what adhesive did you use?
