It's not about looking for permission. It's about the idea, it's about the goal, it's about maybe doing something as a collective that we all can enjoy and share with others. (Did I just get all mushy? Oh, **** me... Groo must be right. Where's my Midol?) Anyway, one person alone can't pull this off, and if sufficient numbers don't jump in, it won't work. I've skimmed through some of the image posts and yes, there are some usable ones in there, but very few that add credibility to the concept tune.

By the way, I'm initiating the Jimmy Awards for NAFO. Groo and Scab just received the first nominations for Best Ranks on El Jefe During a Soft Moment. I'll be presenting the 'The Golden Boot' awards before dinner. Stand firm boys. Skooter will have a bucket ready for you just in case. :grin:

Now really...Shall we start with the song. Would you like to keep that one or is this open for discussion. I don't have anything against the song, but am only wondering out-loud. Are there other songs that would lend themselves to the concept and perhaps to the FJR crew just as well? This may be of importance due to the types of pictures that will be at our disposal.

I think if we start with pictures of town and city signs and build the lyrics around those, that would prolly be the easiest unless someone thinks otherwise. Those cool shots of Nat'l parks, coastlines, mountains and stuff can be the filler. If we use the plot line to the original song, it should make life easier...

As for the song itself, I can't think of a better concept than 'Everywhere'. Got another tuneage idea?

Another option, would be to write the lyrics, using maps or whathaveyou, post em up and get volunteers to fill in the picies.
