I would at least check the oil sight level and make sure the oil looks clear !

If it was me I would have at least did an oil change after that amount of time. It should be standard procedure before a long trip to go over all the fluids and change if needed. Brake fluid should be changed out and refreshed in my opinion also.

Don't have to do anything to it, certainly don't change the rear end oil again as you just did that. Sitting doesn't do anything bad to that heavy weight oil it is used in rear diffs in trucks for 100,000+ miles and years and years.
