FJR Sightings, Northern Calif

This morning, I see this Black 08 FJR, two up, turning into the Humboldt Bay Visitors Center, they were looking all around with that somewhat lost look, I pulled over and met Scott and Gwen from Elkford, BC, They were on a ride and were looking for maps and a shop to do an oil change. The local Yamaha shop did not have a "Technician" on Sat. Great! I thought, I was able to return some of the gracious hospitality we found in Castlegar during NAFO. I offered my garage and tools, and they came by my house and a quick oil change was completed in moments. We had a brief visit and I rode with them to the north end of town and they headed north on 101 headed to Grants Pass Oregon, tomorrows destination was Crater Lake.

Just to add to the story. I met up with Scott and Gwen this morning in Lapine and spent the morning doing back roads and left them in Prineville where they were headed north and east on some of the best roads anywhere. :clapping:
