Sorry for my poor searching skills but what vendor offers a replacement spider for the FJR. I'd like to carry one with me on long trips away from home.

Thanks, Bill

The problem with caring a spare spider is that when they fail they tend to burn up the connector and the wire harness therefore another spider wont help.

I would recommended that you look at the Brodie or road runner cables to work as a preventative measure.

Bill, if things get to the point with any one of the spider points in the harness where you figure you'll need a replacement spider, wires have probably started to melt. So just replacing the little metal spider jumper will be like a bandaid on a broken limb.

Just bite the bullet, do yourself and your peace of mind a favor - get a supplementary harness from Brodie or RoadRunner, and forget the spiders.

Just my .02 worth.

Thanks, That's exactly what I want to buy...a supplementary harness and instructions on installation. Where can I purchase this. Thanks, Bill
