Floating Bridge

Left home at 05:30 to see the new floating bridge in Brookfield VT. This is the third bridge and will be easier than the old ones to fix when it sinks. Three floating bridges in the country and this is the only one this side of the Mississippi.

Wait your turn. The covered bridges usually have a sign to remind you to put on your lights.

My family and I visited Vermont (Stowe) about 7 yrs ago. We had a wonderful time, and enjoyed the country, especially the old covered bridges! Would love to ride it in the summertime.

Yes summer rides are nice. Winter and spring mud seasons can be tricky.
