Terri took the MSF course and has her licence. She has a 1982 Honda Rebel that she has ridden on our street. She will need some encouragement, arm twisting, or gentle persuasion to ride in the dirt.

She has a history of endurance horseback riding and rode the Flume Trail on a mountain bike years ago.
Then we have a project for the weekend. Let's see if together, we can get Terri to have some fun on a dirt bike.

Of course, you realize that this could be potentially very expensive? You may need to buy two dual sports, two sets of gear, a trailer, camping gear.............. We will certainly provide the encouragement, so that we can have more riding buddies.

Dear UberKul, We Forum Irish have a question, in case of emergencies: Where is the closest liquor store to the Walker River Resort? It's been decades since I've been between Smith and Yerington; and I don't remember a whole lot about either of those burgs, just they were tiny little hamlets. Thanks You! FJR Paddies: BeemerDonS, OM, SPU and Reno John

I always bring my own but the Scolari's grocery in Yerington or many liqueur and grocery stores in Gardnerville.

Thank You Very Much, UberKul! Did not want to have a disaster, with We Micks running out of alcohol: The World as We Know It, Would Have Been Crashing to Its End!!!

I'm in Alameda in the Bay Area as I type this. I was packing yesterday and forgot my flask with Pinch for after-ride libations. I am not a happy Mick. I'm googling liquor store next...

I'll bring my cheap-assed top-box on the KLR and leave it for ice and beer and important things. I bought some Wolfman saddlebags for clothes and unimportant stuff. I am looking forward to this trip A LOT.

EDIT: If somebody wants to take a tricked out KLR for a ride and attempt to break it while I nurse a well-earned hangover -- it could be arranged.

MM2 knows how to break a KLR but he didn't do himself any favors in the process. I don't want him to do a repeat performance cause he is goofy enough after the first knock in the head. :dribble: :dribble:

Every body have fun. If I had the funds I would trailer my Polaris down and join the party.

Not much more than gas money Ray. Sure you couldn't make it?

And MM2 told me he needs a battery, then his old decrepit KLR will be good as new (sorta).

There are things like FOOD, lodging and libations.

Don't pick on that old bike. I trained it myself except for the fall down part and I don't think Mike will be doing any refresher courses on that. If my daughter hadn't gotten in financial problems it would still be mine.

Attention: Old Michael, ShinyPartsUp and RenoJohn! My girlfriend Donna is coming with me to FODS, we will be sleeping on the queen hide-a-bed in the living room. Which leaves the queen bed and two twin beds in the back bedroom for you three. When you guys are having your three-way sessions, you will need to keep the noise down: No moaning, no screaming, no clanking of handcuffs or chains!!!

Now there's a test for a relationship! You're going to have Donna stay within the same four walls as those three reprobates? When they're together?

I just learned that my MSF refresher course is scheduled for this same weekend so my last minute wish to attend is dashed. Real bummer too as Don didn't list whips as being verbotten and had already had it packed to loan to the Three Amigos'. OM, SPU, RJ

(a little photoshop help would be appreciated to complete this post)

The only one you have to worry about is RenoJohn: he's into GENI FJR's and other disgusting things. :p

I KNEW I shoulda gone for a long ride this morning.

Here's the ****, Papa Chuy.

Though I love RJ and SPU like brothers, there is NO WAY I'd ever close both eyes in their company. With their deviant proclivities,

and "any orifice will do" attitudes, only a fool would turn their back on either of the pair

- especially given that they'll likely be "loosened by the drink".

...You'll find me tucked snugly between you and Donna, and expecting a bedtime story or two.

(Actually, Peliagudo Pancho, I'll not be attending this gathering. Too "dirty" for me.)

Sorry OM. Baling out on this event is just not acceptable. You've said you'll be there and be there, you will. Besides. who is going to take the photos and write the ride report? It will certainly be a colorful one.

And think of the extra money that could be made via extortion selling any "extra" photos.

I'm getting nervous. This might be a really wild one. I've heard so many stories! I was hoping OM's camera would keep Reno John and Beemerdons from total loss of control. Now I have to wear a chastity belt backwards just to get some sleep! Feck.

OM stop bailing out of these gigs, will ya?
