I've seen this setup on a number of FJRs. How is it done?

Are you shitting us?

( quick edit: I see you only have 46 posts. You're forgiven )

For once, I am AHEAD of this forum.<G>

Jerry, that would be the SKYWAY water jug mount or whatever he calls it.

Contact Ian for details.

I love the idea, its just a little too pricey for me at the moment, and at 1/2 gallon doesn't really hold enough for me and my beer gut.

As is typical for SKYWAY, you won't be disappointed with the fit and finish. It is beyond awesome.

I just bought his Lil' Lite reservoir mount and the mounting was as sanitary and effortless as can be. Who could ask for more?

When SKYWAY goes full-time MOTO-PRO, the competitors will be shakin' in their flip-flops.

Well **** a duck, it's FJR specific. I wonder if Skyway makes one for a BMW? :)

Even if you don't **** a duck, it's still FJR specific ;) .....

Jerry, as I mentioned in my PM to you, this system will eventually be available for many different bikes.

I just ordered a 2nd hydration system from Ian. I'll use it as my feed bag for the IBR. Instead of a water jug, I'll stack small round zip-lock containers on top of each other inside. Easy reach on my left side for on-the-go food.

Skyway's is hi-zoot and trick to beat all get out. If you're into DiY projects, there's this

Being the cheap bastard that I am, I just ordered these. Actually the Competition panniers (Aerostitch p/n 902) are smaller than the standard size (p/n 903) and the price is the same. I ordered the larger ones. If the jugs flop around too much I'll just pack some clothes or something to fill up the space. Thanks for the tip!

Completely adaptable & only $1.03 (including tubing):

Before anyone slams me for safety, it's soft plastic (except for the cap). Hey, if Honda can put air bags on Goldwings, I can have an aqua deceleration device in my jacket. Just back from 2,500 mile trip with temps in the 97-99 degree range in late afternoons. This cheapo Rube Goldberg kept me from shriveling into a dried husk.
