Yep! The Metallic Titanium looks black until the sun hits it, then it looks like a metallic dark brown which is weird because titanium is meant to be grayish. I need to post better photos during daylight. I'm just too chicken too go outdoors in the cold for photos.

I use to have an 06 before this one. The throttle seems to be smoother on this one. Less jerkiness between shifts.

I actually rode an '09AE once. It was like butter. I'm waiting for Yamaha to come to their senses and at least offer the new AE's on a special order basis. It can't be that hard to do. I'll see how well that works for me!
