I have a 2007 FJR that is in need of fork seals (and maybe a lot more). This has been the biggest nightmare to work on thus far, and now I have a new issue... I finally got the top cap and the bottom bolt out with the use of a hammer, vise grips, a chisel, a torch and a 1/2" impact driver. Now, when trying to slide the fork seal out, the tube slid up and down a few times and is now seized in the bottom. This happened on the down stroke, not the slide up, and it will not budge. Anyone have any thoughts about how to get that unstuck without destroying the fork and how to get the seal and bushings out? My assumption is the bushings were shot, and are now somehow stuck together, but I am not sure what to do about it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
