I've bought a lot of stuff from buy.com, never any problems. Just make sure you take care of the rebate as laid out in the terms. Statistics show that a lot of people never mail them in, thats the catch.

FYI - If you're looking for deals like that, check out https://dealnews.com. You can even have 'em email you with search results. If you're willing to wait (usually less than a week), you can usually find 2gb or less drives for free from somewhere, same with SD, CF, and other memory cards.
