I'm pretty sure that it's a CB360 (late 70s) by the shape of the tank. Pains me to see it in that condition.

Looks like a GT frame. One of the earlier bmx bikes to come out. I had a later model GT pro-performer. It was a sweet ride when I was fifteen.
