Front Brake Disks

I recently bought an 04 FJR with only 4400 miles on it. Within 300 more miles the front disks have come loose (one more than the other) where they are rivited to the carriers. They are loose enough that the disks rattle over bumps, which is what I noticed. This is a completely stock bike that does not appear to have been abused. Has anyone seen this problem? I talked to 2 different dealers and they said that they had not heard of this and could not find any bulletins with regard to this. Any info would be appreciated, the rattling is driving me crazy.

I have seen this link, and this is my problem, though mine is ot as severe, and my rotors are stock. Staring to look like I will have to replace them.

A few people had this problem with the stockers and if I recall, Yamaha handled on their dime. Show them to your dealer and see what he says before you pop for your own- again.

Already ordered factory replacements, but will write a letter to Yamaha when all is done. I am hoping that they will pay but was surprised that replacements were "ony" $125 each

I have replaced both of my front ones due to this. One was under warranty a few years ago and the other I bought this year.
