When you can pull the brake lever into the handle bar & still push the bike around in front of them, it's pretty hard for them to say "That's Normal".So, them ohio mechs know what they are doing? Good for ohio.

Man, I know it may be a pain in the ass, but you need to find yourself a new dealer. The fact that they keep trying to give you the run-around on an obvious safety malfunction would have me RUNNING, not walking away from them. I would no longer be trying to work with them. Not ever. What happens the NEXT time you may have a problem? You gonna go thru this ordeal with these assclowns? Again? What if you are the only one with the problem and there is no other dealer to call?Pleeeease keep me posted. I could also use the name/number of the shop communicating with Yamaha so I could refer my dealer to them.
The dealer didn't do the whole 600 service when you brought it in the first time (forgot the TBS) for the 600 service......unacceptable and unprofessional.Back to the dealer today because they didn't do a tbs at the 600. 4 and 2 were off a bit. Dealer still says nothing is wrong with the braking issue. Best of all, they charged me for 1 hour labor (80 bucks) to do the tbs. this makes the 600 cost me over 300 bucks cuz they also "always put an additive in the oil and diff lube". Anyway, the next closest dealer is an hour away. How do I reach the Yamaha techs?. If they don't help then the only other way I know is to take it back enough times to qualify for lemon law dispute. but that burns bridges.........
