Front brake rattle

Has anyone notice a rattle coming from the front brake pads on a 2006? I have been chasing a rattle coming from the front end and I have notice that if I apply the front brake a little the rattle goes away. Everything is tight and works fine.

Yes, others have had rattles from the front rotors. Please take a few minutes and read all the way through this thread.

Forget about it. It's a feature, not a bug.

A big minus 1 dudes. <_< Rattling disc rotors (assuming that is what it is) is not normal for floating disc's. Although they do float they should not be detectably moving. Read the previous thread ion beam mentioned and GunMD started completely and you will find that others have had their rotor assy's replaced under warranty.

Ron, if it is your break pads ratttling around (not the actual rotors) that is a different story

Oops. My agreement about not worrying was a reference to rattling pads, not rotors. I thought this was a common occurrence on '06 models. I'm not sure about '07s.
