Front rim repair needed

My front wheel took a hit down in pot hole city on the way to Trout Lake. Yeah it's still that bad down there.

I have a swollen lip in the rim. Still holds air just fine and it's not out of round. Anyone know who fixes these things properly in the Seattle area?

Dependable Wheel Repair, he has straitened two and cracked one. You pay if he fixes it or not.............. He has an ugly stick that he pulls down on the bend, it leave a couple of slight mars, $175 fixed or cracked.

I have a cracked rear that I have thought about taking to the wheelmaster and seeing what they can do.

Perhaps you can get one just as cheap and also have extra rotors, off Ebay. I have bought three rims off there and two were great. The third one was bent, though that was the one I paid almost nothing for, and I sold the parts off it for what I bought it for. Just a thought. Remember, only 08 or newer fjr's fit yours.

I took it to Morrey the Wheelmaster. I should get it back this week. I'll update then.

Been looking for a spare pair of wheels on ebay. Anyone see any let me know.

Got the wheel back straightened $264 later and put it late tonight. Shakedown ride Tuesday and leave for RR7 Wed.
