I put the path blazer on my Gen 3 a little over a year ago and it lasted a week before it melted due to the current. They did give me a refund. They said they had problems at that time and were working on a replacement. They may have something new to replace it with by now. I would like to get one if they do.

I think they redesigned at some point. My modulator has a heat sink built in, and has run flawlessly for a lot of miles. I was concerned about any aftermarket part, particularly one that could affect lighting. Zero issues.
