Garmin Nuvi 660 mount

I've been looking at everyone's pics for mounting the garmin GPS units and like the unit mounted in the center, low, off of the handlebars. How is this accomplished? Which mount is needed from RAM? Also, does anyone have any experience with RAMs watertight bracket for the NUVI 660? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking at this place. They seem to have a lot of different mounts for everything.
