Hold on ... Gary McCoy from University Motors? The same Gary who gives us such great deals? That video is Gary?? If so, I am impressed. I thought of him as a sales guy behind a parts counter. THis adds a whole new level of respect.

McCoy is probably the one of the best exponents of corner slides I have ever witnessed... consistantly.

IIRC, in the movie "Faster", they explained that he spins the tires so hard they don't wear as much as some of the other riders and actually run cooler. I don't remember all of the technical explanation....but man is he fun to watch.

Isn't he riding superbike now rather than moto GP?

Yes I think he is... shame really if he had a competitive bike in MotoGP he would be right up the top in fact he would give Rossi a very good run "Consistantly" for his money.
