I built mine. It's not a complicated fab job. I had a shop bend the main piece out of chrome moly tube and the rest of it was flat stock.

I bought all my hitch's from Ebay, they don't come up a LOT. But if you search for FJR1300 trailer hitch, and then ask to be notified when one comes up for sale, they do come up now and then. Also, when shops sell stuff off of used FJR's they often post a video of the bike running so you KNOW the bike ran whem they dismantled it. I always watch those video's because the EXTRA stuff is not always put on Ebay an if there is an item, like a trailer hitch etc. on the bike I PM them about it. Good luck.
