Gerbing Jacket Liner

My jacket liner quit working. Anything to check besides power in, which I assume would be 12-volts at the thermostat full on? They say they have a lifetime electrics warranty -- we'll see. It's about 10 years old, lots of use. This is the first season it hasn't worked. Not bad.

Mine is 1 year older than yours. Ive had to return it twice. BOTH times the service and turnaround time has been excellant!
