Picked up a 2008 WR450F two weeks ago....THIS BIKE ROCKS!!! The wife said I did not need to buy a new watercraft....never said I couldn't buy a new dirt bike. I am having fun in the dirt again!!! Just wish I could find more guys to ride with during mid-week.....all the OHV places are practically empty and the conditions are ideal! The only draw back is that I have not been on the FJR in over three weeks!!!! I'm sure it will get hot and dusty, here in NORCAL, and I'll be back on the FJR....but in the meantime....I'M GETTIN' DOWN AND DIRTY AGAIN!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:

Used to drive down from Seattle to Hollister twice a year to go riding, but at $3.50 - $4.00 a gallon that is just to high to justify. Mid-week, I had the whole SVRA to myself it seemed....best thing was that I could ride on the kiddie track all day long and nobody would hassle me! :yahoo: Now I just have chronic mood swings/depression during the winter as I no longer get my fixes of Cali sunshine.

Enjoy your new wr450!

Cheers,

Bryce

The wife said I did not need to buy a new watercraft....never said I couldn't buy a new dirt bike.
Too bad she didn't say don't cheat on me with a brunette. :acute:

A few of us out Sac way have some dual sports and dirt bikes, you can come play with us some time.
