Givi SR357 topbox mount with pillion mount fuel cell?

I SWEAR! I was very careful with putting weight in my small topbox. Really. But still, rear subframe cracked.

Here's a pic that shows the area that's cracked as well as the aft limit of the fuel cell cover. That is actually a fairly thick pocket that I can live without if it's a little tight.

Has anyone used this topbox mount with a pillion mounted fuel cell? Will it work for me? Bike is an '08.

Looking at the pictures from the IBR shakedown rally in '11, I see Howard E. had what appears to be the set up in question.

He could probably answer any questions you have. Here on this forum he goes by "Just Howard" IIRC. He is also on the IBA

forum.

Now that I zoom in... it looks like he has the PCA mount- Sorry
