givi top case loose on sw motech mount

Just to ask anyone that has a givi top case installed on the SW motech mount, Do you have anything on the rubber bumpers to tighten it up a bit, I can wiggle mine and see an 1/8 th inch, was thinking foam seal as a start to see if that helped,thanks

I use their aluminum version with the quick lock adapter on this bike, works great. I have used many different luggage racks and styles of mounting a monokey trunk on my bikes over the years and have always noticed a little wiggle in the trunk when mounted.

I added a strip of closed cell neoprene just in front of the lock, took the wiggle right out of the trunk.

Add a hitch pin to securely latch the trunk to mount and it isn't going anywhere.
