This is where I'd jump in and start talking trash if I thought we were actually as good as USC. For the last few years, though, we've pretty much screwed the pooch in every big road game. I hope our team is more confident than our fans.

Of course, after we win tomorrow, I'll be back here saying, "I knew it!"

And I think the Big 10 is 1 and 4, or something close. Another year of hearing how bad the Big 10 is...

Yeah, we got whupped. The 2nd quarter was a disaster. And that had been our best quarter all season. I'm glad we played a decent second half just to get some pride back.

Oh well -- I've got a couple of degrees from Washington. My wife has a couple from USC. I think we'll pretend we're Pac-10 people this year.
