So you don't mention it anymore after getting cam to crank timing hopefully corrected, is all the electrical working now?
I see you may still have an issue with cam to crank timing. If you did what it says per Ross' post it should be good to go.
I got lucky I guess on my first Gen1 CCT change as I also did not tie the cam chains. On my second Gen1 CCT change I did did tie them after reading the post regarding that. Both had no issues, fired up and ran like a champ.
I hope you get the timing issue corrected and it most other things should hopefully fall into place.
