You might try a place called Rider's Roost. It is a bike - only camping / lodge facility not far out of Boone ( to the southeast ). I don't have a phone number but you shouldn't have any problem locating them with Google. I haven't droppped by their place in a while but I assume they are still in business. They are great folks and would be a nice place to leave the bike.
