Guys and Girls, Have a fun and safe EOM!

That's all, just be careful, and have one for me.

Some pics from lunch time at The Wing Dr. in Bristol,VA :yahoo:

To prevent using so much bandwidth here on the forum to see the pics you will need to use the link below and click on the thumbnails to open the full size photos. Let me know if the link won't open for you. I'll post them some by other method.

I should have some more EOM photos from Boone up on another photo host link soon!

yeh buddy, my sentiments as well...

I'll throw in my best wishes for a great time to be had by all. And, please - someone - find some time to take some pix cuz inquiring minds want to know.

Ride safe and have at least one on me. I'll make sure I have several more in your honor!! An unexpected series of events forced cancellation of my res and a change of plans which leaves me in Northern Virginia instead of down in Boone. Total bummer. I'm looking forward to next year already.

slainte!

...and yeah, that gas price is correct. Even Bristol has seen right at $3.00 a gal. earlier this year.

One other thing, I have to apologise to our out of town guests that traveled the 421 end of State Street in Bristol, TN. IMO that's the butt end side of town. It would have been nice for you to have been able to see the Bristol, VA I-81 exit 7 area with all it's new commercial development, shops, and restaurants. It is an interesting and more appealing area to visit, from there all the way to the Volunteer Parkway incorporating the Bristol Motor Speedway and Thunder Valley Speedway. There are lots of nice mountainous areas to ride here especially around our beautiful area lakes, and many, many comfortable places to stay. Come visit again sometime and plan to stay a while to explore the region, but bring your camera. I suggest the EOM should be held here next year!

What say you Travis?

Thanks for posting the pics. Now I'm REALLY pissed I couldn't go.

Oh...and $2.39/gal??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? $.20 less than I'm paying here.

The parade of over 50 FJRs through Bristol to the wing doctor was very cool. And the hot wings cleared my head pretty quick.

I think that's me behind the stop sign.

Sorry you couldn't make it Randy. And I saw regular for $2.21 at a BP station in Christianburg, VA on the way home.
