Hello escapefjrtist, I pulled out the original bolts and laid them against the replacements provided in the knuckle cover kit. one bolt has a longer hex portion the other is longer in length. Which one did you use on the clutch lever? Both bolts leave very few threads on the brake pivot & both leave lots of threads on the clutch side. Can anyone verify this is in fact the correct kit?

Looks correct. I used the bottom pivot bolt with longer hex on clutch side. Seems like that's what the Suzuki instructions indicate. Nothing else necessary on that side.

On brake side, I used the bolt with shorter hex, adding a nylon spacer to match pivot length of OE bolt. Spacer goes underneath hex. Once the double nuts are added underneath, both clutch and brake side have equal thread showing at bottom nut. Nut "E" goes on first (hand guard holes fit over those), locknut "L" finishes stack up.

Remember, on throttle side you'll need to add a thin washer or two between bar weight and bar insert. This allows throttle to rotate freely.
