There is an "un-authorized" adjustment that made a huge difference to me:
Remove the bars from the base and there will be two locator metal dowel pins for each side. Pull-out the outboard pins. They are very snug and it will take some work. A heat lamp on the base with an ice cube on the pin will prep it nicely for the removal. Now with 2 of the 4 pins removed, re-assemble everything. Except this time you can now adjust the angle of the bars that cause your elbows to tuck-in too much. Spread the bars apart just slightly from the stock position and finish torquing down the bolts. Wa La! The wrist position is now comfortable!
