I saw somewhere a remote wiring harness for the Escort that had a separate "Mute" button. Anyone know who makes that besides Escort?

One is Safe-N-Sound1. For 5 dolla' mo', you can add an LED to go with the flat or round mute button. By the time you're done it's almost the same price as the Escort item but it does come with a nice selection of install options. The flat mute button should be pretty much weather proof. The Escort remote starts off weather resistant, but as time goes on dirt and water will degrade the mute button. In just 9 years my Escort remote has started to degrade
