Texarkana, that's only 300 miles from me. So far the closest with the best deal. Talked to two dealers in this area and they were talking 13.2 for the clutch bike. Maybe I can used that dealership to get them down, if not, I could always get the wife to drive back from texarkana.

I live in Casa Grande and actually bought my 04 from Deming Cycle, in Deming, NM, at well under MSRP. Great dealership, great customer service, and a great price. I never did check the Tucson dealers, but had plenty of bad experiences with the Phoenix area Arizona Powersports network.

Eastside Cycle is great. I moved to LA 4 year ago, but I still call and order parts from them as the local dealers in LA never stock any parts. Eastside helped me restore an '86 V-max and an '80 Maxim 650. If it wasn't for the 7500 mile restriction to bring a used vehicle into CA, I would buy from Eastside and drive it to the Pacific!

I ordered the AE from Eastside cycle. My brother has dealt with them about V-MAX maintenance. Good bunch of guys.

Is there any way to tell from the claim form where you are in the growing line of waiters? Would posting the claim number from the form in any way open you up to potential fraud?

Jerold ( D&H) told me his prices, as posted by Twister, were his cost plus $150. I decided to pass and get my $500 deposit back. I have to see the new BMW K1200GT/RT.

I did the same as Knife and simply put the $500.00 towards ordering the bike and figured that I would negotiate the price when it came in.........In hindsight I was probably an idiot for doing so but you do stupid things for love I guess.....
